Education + Experience
3+ years' experience in IT recruiting.
Track record of success in staffing all levels of IT positions i.e. Project Managers, Architects, Analysts, Developers, Testers, and End User Support.
Ability to establish strong relationships with both Technology Professionals and with other Sales and Operations staff to maintain a positive and successful work environment.
Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle.
Familiarity with various recruiting techniques & applicant tracking tools.
Strong organizational skills required and ability to multi-task critical functions.
Good negotiating skills coupled with the ability to close offers with candidates.
