Job Description

We are looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects which may include: project planning and scheduling; status reporting; tracking; resource supervision; vendor management. Provides leadership and direction to project resources and define and implement standardized processes that conform to project management best practices.

You will direct the flow of current activity resources for Client Implementations and Software role outs. The ideal candidate will have Project Management experience implementing solutions and working with development teams.

Our client is also moving from a Waterfall to an Agile environment, you would be a valuable resource in this transition.

You will be part of a talented team that demonstrates superb technical competency, delivering mission critical deliverables and ensuring the highest level of availability and performance.


- Develop, implement, and maintain the project management plan, including configuration management, issue management, and communication plans.

- Manage the full life cycle of Implementation role outs for new and existing clients.

- Administer everyday workflow of all implementation processes.

- Coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes to all policies and procedures and evaluate all implementation for team.

- Evaluate all management information reports and ensure achievement of all team objectives and provide support to senior implementation manager.

- Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.

- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not 100% defined.

Education + Experience

- Strong computer experience in MSWord, EXCEL, E-Mail, and Powerpoint.

- Ability to work well under pressure by efficiently prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet performance expectations and deadlines.

- Demonstrated superior customer service skills.

- Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and observational skills in order to assess trainee's understanding and progress.

- Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Self-motivated and team oriented.
