Job Description

Global Purchasing & Manufacturing Services (GP&MS) Business Intelligence and Global Process team provides data analysis, detailed reporting, automation and data visualization to the GP&MS team. The team is responsible for providing analytics, data mining and depth insight on the data. The team plays a key role in helping and providing the right and relevant reports related to a specific project to help accomplish goals and successfully complete projects and provide details to the commodity teams and other supporting functions as well. The business Intelligence team coordinate and collaborates with Global Purchasing Manufacturing teams, Finance, IT, and other global cross functions.

Need additional resources to support value creation through insight generation. Automation of recurring reports, self-service tool creation for common requests, visualization dashboard development to support buying activity and all other workstreams under the GP&MS umbrella. Lead the future vision through support of the RTP transformation project

Responsibilities

Data Analyst will work with a team of analysts. The responsibilities of the position are to run data analysis and seek data insight and mining, operate tools and various system for data extraction, predictive analysis, and performance reporting.

• Extract data from a variety of data tables, cubes, and user input files
• Process data into a usable and readable format
• Create business operations performance tracking reports and dashboards
• Deliver business insights through visualization
• Participate in data analytic projects and deliver values
• Balance multiple requests with delivering quality results on time

Education + Experience

Bachelor’s Degree is required

  • At least 1 year of financial data analysis experience, prefers 3 years
  • eSAP Knowledge, Power BI, Automation Anywhere, Knime, Maxis, Hadoop, OOZIE, Hue, Hive, Sharepoint, SAS, R, MSAS Cubes experience
  • Curiosity and interest in new technology and data analytics techniques.
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM), process mapping, operational excellence DMAIC framework knowledge
